Authentic Wod Ministries has a vision of preparing the Bride of Christ wholistically, the attainment of this vision is strategically set into two arms namely Zion Temple Celebration Center in charge of spiritual aspect while Authentic Development Agency (ADA) in charge of development with tangible things (Physical). Authentic Development Agency (ADA) is committed to driving impactful socioeconomic transformation, aiming to improve the quality of life for communities including Zion Temple Celebration Center (ZTCC) members and other denominations. ADA's objectives are multifaceted, focusing on socioeconomic development under its first section of Samaritan Heart (Charitable section) as well as supporting initiatives geared towards sustainable investment and inclusive growth under its second section which is Business and investment section called TC KIRA Investment Group Ltd. The development of a “Miracle City” is one of the TC KIRA Investment Group Ltd.’s priority initiative as a phase one. Indeed, the Miracle Center Development project is a landmark real estate development designed to provide a blend of affordable and modern urban living in an environmentally conscious setting. The project involves the construction of 7 G+5 apartment blocks, offering 283 residential units across one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations. It will cover 5 hectares of land and incorporate recreational and eco-friendly facilities; the project seeks to contribute to Kigali’s urbanization while generating sustainable commercial returns. With the architectural design, details drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and sustainability strategy already in place, the TC KIRA Investment Group Ltd now seeks a consultancy engagement to commercialize the project, assess its financial viability, and develop strategies for funding and implementation.

School Background

Authentic International Academy (A.I.A) is a private Christian school founded in 2010. Accredited by REB, A.I.A is located in Kigali City, Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector, Niboye Cell, Taba Village in Rwanda. Currently, the school offers National Curriculum programs in nursery, primary, and lower secondary education.

In order to implement the initial vision of the founder of the school, AIA is aims starting an international program Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E) in the next academic year of 2025-2026.

Statement of Work

The Project name: A.I.A –A.C.E RENOVATION
B. Location: Kicukiro District/ Niboye Sector
C. Area of site: Authentic International Academy
D. Design the following elements of the project:

  • Renovations of the existing 12 classrooms
  • Renovation of the dining hall in a way it can serve as a multipurpose hall
  • New construction of the students and staff toilets
  • Renovate the logistics room
  • Introduce the ACE stationary store in the former staff room
  • Transform the current Deputy principal office into science laboratory
  • Renovate the former Authentic University Rector office to serve as Deputy Principal office
  • Renovate the library
  • Establish roofed and paved walkways connecting learning blocks
  • Establish four water tanks to collect and purify rain water from renovated blocks
  • Renovate the board room at the administration block
  • Introduce different recreational facilities
  • Basketball play ground
  • Volleyball play ground
  • Swimming pool
  • Mini football play ground
  • Mini Tennis playground and table tennis
  • Children play ground
  • School entrance redesign and branding

How to apply

Interested and qualified bidder should attend a compulsory visit that is scheduled on 4th June 2025, from 02:30 pm at Authentic International Academy (A.I.A) offices located in Kicukiro district, Niboye Sector

Interested bidders are requested to submit their application on the school email: authenticacademy7@gmail.com and bring hard copy files sealed in an envelope at Authentic International Academy (A.I.A) offices not latter 9th June 2025 at 2pm.

The bid document is available effective from 4th June 2025 with a proof of payment o.f 10,000 Rwf deposited on the account: 4024200011843, opened in EQUITY Bank, in the name of ZION TEMPLE

The bids envelopes will publically be opened on 9th June, 2025 in A.I.A Board room at 3:00 pm
