Background

The Nutrition in City Ecosystems (NICE) project, co-implemented by Swiss TPH and its partners, aims to promote healthier diets and food systems in urban areas. In Rwanda, the project focuses on developing and piloting inovative approaches to improve nutrition through sustainable and culturally relevant interventions. As part of this initiative, Swiss TPH Rwanda is inviting eligible and reputable suppliers to submit their quotations for the provision of branded materials to support our community outreach on Education and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). These materials will be used during awareness campaigns, educational drives, and mobilization activities in various communities.

Your offer should clearly state the following: 

  • Financial Quotation is required for the supply of the above-mentioned materials.
  • Location and contact details of your office
  • Unit Price and Total Price. If possible also show the total without VAT and with VAT)
  • Bank information (Bank name, bank account, and account name)

Note: Kindly use your company’s letterhead for your quotation

Payment

The supplier and all supporting documents i.e., commercial invoice, tax invoice, signed receipts by Swiss TPH as well as proof of service will affect payment within 15 days from the provision of the invoice.

Eligibility requirement/ required documents

  • Financial offer – signed and stamped detailed quotation (including cost per unit) and all applicable charges in local currency (RWF)
  • Valid business registration certificate from RGB
  • Tax compliance certificate/Clearance
  • A valid RSSB Certificate
  • Evidence of past experience in supplying similar goods
  • At least two references with contact numbers and email addresses.
  • A company profile with at least three (3) top management personnel
  • Sample photos or mockups where possible
  • Delivery timeline and warranty (where applicable)
  • Having worked with Swiss TPH previously is an added advantage

Note: The bids must be sent as one PDF document.

  • Quality of proposed products
  • Cost competitiveness
  • Delivery timeline
  • Previous performance and reference

The Swiss TPH reserves the right to accept the whole offer or to cancel the tender. Please note that Swiss TPH is not bound to select any of the firm’s submitting bids and does not bind itself in any way to select the firm offering the lowest price. Furthermore, the contract will be awarded to the bid considered most responsive to the needs, as well as conforming to Swiss TPH’s general principles, including economy, efficiency, and best value for money. Should your offer be accepted, you will be required to sign, stamp the contract, and return a copy confirming your acceptance of the agreed to terms and conditions.
