Innoheza Ltd is an early-stage medical device manufacturing company dedicated to developing innovative, life-saving solutions for maternal healthcare in East Africa. Emerging from the East Africa Biodesign (EAB) Fellowship—an esteemed initiative led by the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), the University of Rwanda’s Regional Center of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering and e-Health, and Kenyatta University, in partnership with the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign—Innoheza embodies the program’s mission of fostering need-driven medical innovations to address the region’s most pressing healthcare challenges.

Currently, Innoheza is transitioning from prototype development to full-scale production and regulatory approval. To ensure the successful commercialization and sustainability of our PPH management device, we seek an experienced Business Development Consultant to support our strategic growth. All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than midnight Kigali time on April 28, 2025.

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline, all documents are signed, submitted in PDF format, and Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.

The results of the public opening session will be available in the eProcurement system starting on April 29th, 2025.
