DOCUMENT SEVERE RISK FACTORS FOR INFORMING MALARIA CONTROL INTERVENTIONS
PRO-FEMMES/ TWESE HAMWE (PFTH) is a national civil society umbrella organization for 53 civil society organizations that advance Gender equality throughout Rwanda’s development process. PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE’s mission is to eradicate all forms of discrimination against women, to promote women’s socio-economic, political and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacity of the umbrella and its member organizations through promotion of sustainable human development based on gender equality, peace, justice and human rights.
In this regard, Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe is hiring Individual consultant for the coordination of severe malaria notification; assess and document severe risk factors to guide Malaria Control Interventions. The assignment will be carried out in all 5 districts in Northern Province namely, Rulindo, Gicumbi, Musanze, Gakenke and Burera.

Well printed bids, properly bound proposalsshall be addressed to the Executive Director of PRO-FEMMES TWESE and delivered to PRO-FEMMES TWESE/ HAMWE’S secretariat offices not later than Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 10:00 am. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 am on the same date.
