Procuring Entity: Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF)

Rwanda Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF) invites Rwandan registered firms/bidders to submit bids for the tender entitled “TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND CONSUMABLES”.

The tender document in hard copy can be obtained from 15/10/2026 at the RYAF office located at MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable amount of 10,000 RWF on RYAF revenues account No. 4490365160 at BPR Bank.

Bids shall be well typed, appropriately bound and presented in one (1) original and two (2) copies in sealed folders and must reach the RYAF Office at MINAGRI, Kacyiru, Gasabo District, no later than 06/11/2026 at 10:00 a.m local time.

Opening of bids in a public session will take place at the RYAF Office, MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo District on 06/11/2026 at 10:30 a.m local time.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RYAF procedures and Rwanda procurement law.
