EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS (3 LOTS)

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programmes in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in waterconnections and building construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below, tender Lots.

LOT 1: CONSTRUCTION OF HAND-WASHING WITH 2 BASINS AND WATER CONNECTION AT 6 HEALTHCARE FACILITIES IN NYAMASHEKE DISTRICT

LOT 2: WATER CONNECTION, REINFORCEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION OF HAND-WASHING FACILITIES AT NKAKA HEALTH CENTER, KAMASHANGI, GITWA AND RWAYA HEALTH POST IN GIHEKE AND KANKA SECTORS OF RUSIZI DISTRICT

LOT 3: CONSTRUCTION OF TWO BLOCKS OF LATRINE AT GIHUNDWE HOSPITAL IN AP MASHYUZA, NYUNGWE CLUSTER IN RUSIZI DISTRICT

Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instruction to bidders: 

  1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
  2. Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link, not later than 18/05/2026 at 9:00 AM
  3. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
  4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No company will be awarded more than two lots.
