TENDER NOTICE

Tender title: Supply of School Textbooks

Tender Ref no: 023/SOS-CV/NCB/G/2026

CLIENT: IMPACTFUL SOLUTIONS RWANDA, CBC

Impactful Schools Rwanda invites qualified and experienced suppliers of different school textbooks to submit their bids for the tender of school textbooks under one time delivery agreement for its schools located in Impactful Primary School Kigali

The selected suppliers will be responsible for the timely supply, transportation of school textbooks and shall be responsible for loading and offloading textbooks into already set up shelves. 

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field of supply of textbooks.The companies must be registered with the Registry of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations. 

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 RwF of non-refundable paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 4493759704 in the names Impactful Solutions Rwanda, CBC opened in BPR. The tender document can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy tofred.tumusiime@sos-rwanda.orgwith bank slip of payment fee of a tender document. 

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed and stamped (in one pdf file) must be submitted to Impactful Solutions Rwanda e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy tofred.tumusiime@sos-rwanda.orgnot later than 14th/10/2026, at 11:00 AM local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
