Dear Sir/Madam,

Compassion International Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the supply of IT Accessories and Peripherals.

CIRW is a Christ centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. CIRW seeks a reliable supplier of genuine IT accessories and peripherals for its staff.

Interested suppliers with proven experience in supplying genuine IT equipment with manufacturer warranty are encouraged to participate.

  • Contract Period: Framework agreement for one (1) year

Submission Requirements:

  • Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
  • Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW 005/2026-2027) and the Bidder's name.
  • Deadline for submission: November 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Compassion International Head Office at KACYIRU,8 KG 548 St, Kigali. Late bids will be rejected.
