RwandAir Catering Ltd is a fast-growing Inflight Catering Company in Rwanda that started its operations from August 2014 and has been providing catering services to airlines, private jets and charters since its inception. RwandAir Catering Ltd aims to be one of the biggest aviation catering company in Africa.In line with these developments and expansion plans RwandAir Catering Ltd invites you to submit the financial proposal/quotation for Supply of ingredients for Bakery and Pastry to Rwandair catering Ltd as per specifications/the requirements of the tender document.

The RWANDAIR CATERING LTD hereby invites bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for supplying of ingredients for Bakery and Pastry to Rwandair catering Ltd. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises that meets our quality & food safety requirements.  

The tender document shall be obtained at RWANDAIR CATERING LTD Head Office during working days from 08:30am to 5pm local time, from Monday to Friday, upon presentation of the proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000)Rwandan Francs or its equivalent in freely convertible currency paid to one of the following Bank accounts: 00097-06956367-12 (Currency: FRW) and 00097-06954207-83 (Currency: US$) – Swift Code: BKIGRWRW) of RWANDAIR CATERING LTD opened at BANK OF KIGALI LTD.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original, must be couriered or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marking the reference number of the tender must be submitted to the reception of the address below before 30th November 2024 at 10:00am local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids opening will be the same day at 10:30am local time at RwandAir Office Boardroom.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security with the value equivalent to 2% of the total amount of the bid. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing on the email dan.mugabo@rwandaircatering.rw or evode.nduwayezu@rwandaircatering.rw or Tel:0734366054/0727220582 within three-sixths (3/6) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders as of the date of tender notice publication before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
