To all interested Bidders,
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of the
following items:
- One (1) Dough Mixer Machine – 60 Liters capacity(Lot 1)
- Three Hundred (300) meters of Waterproof Mattress Covers (Polyurethane)(Lot 2)
Suppliers are requested to clearly indicate the following in their quotations:
- Reasonable unit price and total price in Rwf VAT included
- Delivery period (soonest possible delivery to be clearly stated)
- Warranty period(Lot 1)
- Confirmation of whether the items are available in ready stock
Please note that suppliers who indicate availability of ready stock may be visited for a quality inspection prior to award.
All quotations must be submitted no later than Wednesday, 20th February 2026 at 11:00 am Submission will be sent electronically to procurement@kfhkigali.com and copy to richard.uwimana@kfhkigali.com
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and is not obligated to accept the lowest offer.
