SUPPLY OF CERTIFIED COOKING BANANA SEEDLINGS (INJAGI) AND THEIR TRANSPORT TO BENEFICIARIES

TENDER NUMBER: 016/IFR/2026

INADES-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) is implementing the project Projet de renforcement des capacités socio-économiques des femmes rwandaises à travers l’agriculture familiale et la microfinance communautaire pour un développement durable, Phase II, with the funds from Basque Government via ALBOAN in the districts of NGOMA, RWAMAGANA, BUGESERA, NYARUGURU, NYAMAGABE and HUYE. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
Under the funds of the Basque Government through ALBOAN, INADES-Formation Rwandainvites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of certified cooking banana seedlings (injagi) to INADES-Formation Rwanda
The tender is divided into 3 lots as following

Lot 1: Nyamagabe district: 3000 certified cooking banana seedlings (injagi)
Lot 2: Huye district:5000 certified cooking banana seedlings (injagi)
Lot 3: Ngoma district:5000 certified cooking banana seedlings (injagi)

The bidder can submit to one or more lots
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from INADES-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account N° 00040-00002903-26 opened at Bank of Kigali in the name of INADES-Formation Rwanda.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 20th October 2026 at 09:00 am
at INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

The financial offer and technical offer, duly printed, properly bound, and presented in two separate envelopes clearly marked “Financial Offer” plus the number of the lot or “Technical Offer” plus the number of the lot, respectively, shall be placed in one external envelope
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email for notification purpose. The bids must be submitted to the Secretariat of INADES-Formation Rwanda no later than 30rd October 2026 at 14:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
at INADES-Formation Rwanda head office on 30rd October 2026 at 14:30 PM
