3. Site Visit Requirement: Mandatory site visit is required for all interested bidders to View samples, the visit scheduled on 13-May-2026 from 11:00-12:00am

4. Submission Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit:

  • Detailed quotation (including unit price and total cost) VAT included
  • Technical specifications of the products
  • Delivery timeline
  • Stock availability is added advantage during the evaluation 

5. Submission Instructions

All quotations must be submitted electronically on procurement@kfhkigali.com and copy
to richard.uwimana@kfhkigali.com
