Tender Title: Supply and Installation of IT Network and Electrical Infrastructure at Sager Ganza Microfinance Plc – Kiyanza Branch
Sager Ganza Microfinance Plc invites qualified companies with relevant experience and technical capacity to submit quotations for the supply and installation of IT network and electrical infrastructure at its Kiyanza Branch.
The assignment will include the supply, installation, testing, labelling, and commissioning of the required network and electrical infrastructure, including:
- 19U Network Rack
- 24-Port D-Link Network Switch
- Patch Panels
- Double Data Sockets
- Power Sockets and 6-Way PDUs
- Electrical Cables and Circuit Breakers
- Cable Trunking and Cable Management Accessories
- Network and Electrical Installation
- Testing, Labeling, and Commissioning
- As-installed Network/Cabling Diagram
The selected service provider will be expected to complete the works within seven (7) days from the date of commencement.
Interested bidders are encouraged to conduct a site visit at Sager Ganza Kiyanza Branch before submitting their quotations in order to assess the actual installation requirements, cable routes, quantities, and other site-specific requirements.
Eligibility
The registered companies are welcome to participate, provided they have the required technical skills, experience, and capacity to successfully execute the assignment.
Interested bidders should submit:
- Company profile;
- Evidence of relevant experience in network and electrical installations;
- Valid business registration documents, where applicable;
- Technical proposal/methodology;
- Detailed financial quotation based on the provided BOQ;
- Warranty information;
Interested companies may obtain the official tender documents from our Head Office located at Nyabugogo, Kigali, during working hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 RWF) to the following bank account:
