Invitation for Submission of Quotations: Provision of Security Services

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (“RSOG”) invites qualified and experienced security service providers to submit quotations for the provision of security services at RSOG’s office premises in Kigali. Participation in the procurement process is open, on equal terms, to eligible companies.

The selected service provider will be responsible for providing trained and licensed security personnel to ensure 24-hour security coverage, seven (7) days per week, including public holidays, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Interested companies are invited to submit their quotations in accordance with the requirements set out in the ToR.

Quotations must be submitted electronically to procurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw no later than 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
