TENDER TITLE: PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF PASSENGER LIFT FOR KING FAISAL HOSPITAL RWANDA.
TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 07/NCS/NCB/2026-2027/KFHR
1. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘Client ‘funded by its budget towards the Cost of Provision of Maintenance Services of Passenger Lift for King Faisal Hospital Rwanda
The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for Which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting specialized and experienced companies to submit bids for the performance of the above mentioned activity, as indicated in detail in
the statement of requirements;
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon
Presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.
4. All bids “shall” be accompanied by declaration of commitment duly signed and stamped by Authorized of signatory of the bid.

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original
Must reach at the office of procurement of the King Faisal Hospital, not later than October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 Pm Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who were chosen to attend opening session at King Faisal Hospital opening session at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm Local time on October 22nd, 2026.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
