TENDER NOTICE
ISOKO SACCO GASABO hereby invites eligible, qualified, and licensed insurance brokerage firms to submit their bids for the provision of insurance brokerage services, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in tender document.
The selected insurance brokerage firm shall be responsible for providing professional insurance brokerage services, including insurance advisory, placement of insurance covers, policy administration, and claims management, in line with applicable laws and regulations governing insurance services in Rwanda.
Eligible brokerage firms must be legally registered in Rwanda, licensed/ approved insurance and reinsurance brokers list approved by BNR and have at least three (3) years’ experience in SACCOs insurance services or other financial institutions, present valid RDB registration certificate, have no conflict of interest, and provide proof of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Equity Bank Account No. 4022201179507 in the name of ISOKO SACCO GASABO
The procurement shall be conducted using the Expression of Interest method. This process intended to identify a suitable insurance brokerage firm with the required technical capacity, professional experience, and regulatory compliance to provide the services.
Interested bidders are required to submit their bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “bid for provision of insurance brokerage services – Tender ref: 006/C/EOI/2026/ISG and delivered to the Head Office of ISOKO SACCO GASABO on or before February 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
