TENDER NOTICE
PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES
Pro-Femmes Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella of Rwandan Civil Society Organizations aiming at advancement of women status, peace and development. It was established in October 1992 and currently represents 52 member organizations within the country. The mission of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe is to eradicate all forms of discrimination against women, to promote their socio-economic political and legal status, and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacities of its member organizations through the promotion of sustainable human development approach based on gender equality and a culture of peace, justice and human rights.
PFTH is thus looking for competent service providers to provide hotel services in the following locations:
- Lot 1: City of Kigali (Centre d’acceuils) ONLY;
- Lot 2: Southern Province (Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, Kamonyi, Ruhango and Gisagara Districts);
- Lot 3: Western Province (Rusizi, Karongi, Rutsiro, Nyabihu and Nyamasheke districts);
- Lot 4: Eastern Province (Rwamagana, Kayonza, Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Ngoma, Kirehe and Bugesera districts);
- Lot 5: Northern Province (Rulindo, Burera, Gakenke, Musanze and Gicumbi districts).
Tender Documents are obtained on any working day from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time at PRO-FEMMES TWESE HAMWE Central Secretariat Office, upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs(10,000Frw) to the account No: 1002190104949201 of PRO-FEMMES TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCESS Bank.
Well-printed and properly bound proposals should be submitted (The technical proposal and financial proposal) in one Big envelope (outer envelope). The application shall be addressed to the Executive Director of Pro-Femmes Twese Hamwe and shall be submitted at PFTH central secertatiat, Head Office in Gahanga sector, Kicukiro district –Kigali City, not later than Monday 26th October 2026at 10:00 AM (Local time).
