Invitation for Submission of Proposals: Provision of Comprehensive Cleaning Services

The Rwanda Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (“RSOG”) invites qualified and experienced cleaning service providers to submit their technical and financial proposals for the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for RSOG’s office premises in Kigali. Participation in the procurement process is open, on equal terms, to eligible companies.

The selected service provider will be responsible for providing the required personnel, supervision, cleaning equipment, tools, products, materials, and consumables necessary to maintain the premises in a clean, hygienic, and well-maintained condition, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Interested companies are invited to submit their quotations in accordance with the requirements set out in the ToR.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled on 24th September 2026 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at RSOG Offices located in Kimihurura, Rugando

Complete proposals must be submitted electronically to procurement.rsog@rsog.org.rw no later than 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
