Dear Sir/Madam,

Compassion International Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the provision of Building Systems Maintenance Services at the CIRW office in Kigali.

CIRW is a Christ centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. To keep its office building safe and reliable, CIRW seeks qualified service providers for the preventive and corrective maintenance of its building systems.

Interested firms with qualified technicians, proven experience in similar maintenance contracts and the ability to respond to faults immediately are encouraged to participate.

Tender Details:

  • Tender Title: Provision of Building Systems Maintenance Services

  • Scope of Services: Seven (7) lots: UPS and generator (Perkins 30 kVA), electrical systems, fire safety systems, alarm and security systems, access and door systems, plumbing systems, and air conditioning (24 units). Bidders may bid for one or more lots
  • Site Visit: November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the CIRW Head Office, so that bidders can see the installations before pricing
  • Contract Period: Framework agreement for one (1) year

Submission Requirements:

  • Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
  • Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW 004/2026-2027) and the Bidder's name.
  • Deadline for submission: November 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Compassion International Head Office at KACYIRU,8 KG 548 St, Kigali. Late bids will be rejected.
