Title: Procurement of Child Care Materials for Teen Mothers Attending ALP and Safe Space Sessions

Organization: Learn Work Develop (LWD)
Learn Work Develop (LWD), implementing the Learning and Inclusion for Transformation (LIFT) Program funded by Foreign, commonwealth and development office (FCDO) and led by the Ministry of Education (MINEDUC), invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the procurement and delivery of child care materials to support teen mothers attending ALP and safe space session in Gakenke District.
Scope of the Tender
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
- Providing quality and safe child care materials (mattresses, mats, toys, pampers, bedsheets, Kitenge, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Delivering all materials to LWD Headquarters
- Providing signed delivery notes and inventory documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid company registration Certificates
- Proven experience in supplying child care or similar materials
- Ability to deliver high-quality items within the required timeline
- Tax clearance proof
Interested and eligible companies are able to do expression of interest and request Terms of reference in order to do and submit their complete bids.
