BIDDING DOCUMENT FOR SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERIES
SECTION I. TENDER NOTICE
INKUNGA FINANCE PLC” (hereinafter called Client), invite national tenders for
Supply of office stationeries.
SECTION II. Procurement Method: OPEN TENDER
Competition is open on equal conditions to:
- All companies or individuals specialized in supply;
- Registered by RDB
- Cleared for any taxes (TCC)
- Using EMB for invoice issuance (EMB Certificate or proof)
- VAT registered (VAT certificate)
Tender is divided into three different lots and every bidder may compete to all one of them.
LOT number 1: Office Stationaries
Tender document will be available in the office of Administrative Assistant of INKUNGA FINANCE Plc head office located at Kibirizi cell, Rubengera Sector, Karongi District from 09/09/2025 to 23/09/2025, upon presentation of payment slip of ten thousandRwandan francs (10,000 Frw), non- refundable fee to the account No: 00087-00367765-54 INKUNGA FINANCE Plc Opened in bank of Kigali.
Bids must be submitted to the office of administrative assistant of INKUNGA FINANCE Plc HQ, not later
than 23/09/2025 at 10h30 a.m local time, thereafter bids will be publically Opened at 11:00 am.
