TENDER NOTICE
The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) invites eligible consultancy firms to submit proposals for the following consultancy assignment:
“Hiring a Consultancy Firm to Deliver Technical Assistance to D-SACCOs to Facilitate Access to Finance for Youth and Women Involved in Agriculture, Tourism, and Hospitality.”
- Obtaining the Terms of Reference (ToRs)
The detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during official working days and hours or requested via email at info@amir.org.rw, starting from 15 October 2026.
The ToRs shall be issued upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000, deposited into the following AMIR bank account at Bank of Kigali:

- Submission of Proposals
Interested consultancy firms must submit their complete proposals via email to info@amir.org.rw no later than 4 November 2026 at 5:00 PM (Kigali Time).
