TENDER NOTICE FOR THE BUSINESS INPUTS NEEDED BY OSO GRADUATES BUSINESSES

Tender purpose: Procurement of business inputs for OSO graduates’ SMEs

Our Sisters’ Opportunity(OSO) in partnership with Kvinna Till Kvinna under the “Promoting Women Inclusion in Business” project of GIZ Rwanda invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of business inputs and materials to support the selected Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) led by women graduates of our vocational training program.

These inputs aim to strengthen the SMEs operational capacity and sustainability, following their participation in the national business pitching competition held in July 2025.

1. Items to be supplied

The tender covers the procurement of materials and equipment required for the expansion of selected SMEs in fashion designing and tailoring, including but not limited to:

  • Fashion designing and tailoring materials
  • Furniture and fittings

2. Eligibility criteria

Interested suppliers must:

  • Be legally registered and authorized to supply the required materials
  • Have a proven record of delivering similar goods
  • Provide a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and company registration documents
  • Indicate delivery timelines and warranty details (if applicable).

3. Submission details

Bidders are requested to submit the following documents in their tender offers:

  • Company profile and relevant experience
  • Detailed financial quotation (including unit and total prices, VAT inclusive)
  • Delivery schedule and payment terms
  • References from at least two previous clients.

4. Submission deadline

All tender offers must be submitted via email on info@0ursistersopportunity.org and
copy ukwishakabernadette9@gmail.com  with subject “Tender for supply of business inputs for SMEs”.

The submission should be done no later than October 16, 2025 at 4pm.

Late submissions will not be considered.

5. Evaluation and award

The selection will be based on compliance with requirements, quality, price competitiveness and delivery capacity. Only shortlisted suppliers may be contacted.
