Muganga SACCO is a Saving and Credit Cooperative for health sector staff in Rwanda. Its primary objective is to improve members' socio-economic conditions and promote access to finance.To strengthen its governance, risk management, and compliance framework, the SACCO seeks to engage a qualified external consultant to develop key institutional policies and manuals in alignment with the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) regulations and other applicable laws and best practices.

Well detailed quotations shall be presented to Muganga SACCO Head office in a sealed envelope and addressed to Managing Director of Muganga SACCO, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro Sonatube, KK 15 Road, Telephone: + (250) 0788 124 500, not later than December 04, 2025, at 10:00am Local time, while the public opening shall be done on the same day in Muganga SACCO conference room at 10:30am local time.
Late bids shall be rejected.
