Technical Specifications for Printing Services

Location: PSF H-Q

Objective: inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the supply, installation, and maintenance of printers. [Leasing model: framework contract]

Technical Specifications:

The scope of this tender includes the provision of the following printers:

1. Main Printers: 4

2 Colored Printer

  • Advanced features including secure printing, duplex printing, and high- capacity trays.
  • Network capability for shared use by all staff on the ground
  • Minimum print speed: 35 pages per minute (ppm) in

2 Black-and-WhitePrinter

  • Features: Secure printing, duplex printing, high-capacity paper trays, and compatibility with organizational workflows.

  • Shared use by all staff on the ground

  • Minimum print speed: 40

1 Colored Printer

  • Exclusive access for the CEO Advisor’s

  • Features: Compact size, high-quality color output, and secure

  • Minimum print speed: 30 ppm in

1 Colored Printer

  • Exclusive access for the HR & Legal’s
  • Features: Compact size, high-quality color output, and secure
  • Minimum print speed: 30 ppm in

1 Colored Printer:

  • Exclusive access for the CEO Advisor’s
  • Features: Compact size, high-quality color output, and secure
  • Minimum print speed: 30 ppm in

2. Additional Printers:

4 Black-and-White Printers:

  • Placement: Distributed across different organizational
  • Features: Duplex printing, secure printing, and medium duty
  • Minimum print speed: 35
  1. The service provider must provide initial installation, testing, and configuration to integrate with the organization’s IT network.

    • On-call technical support with a response time of less than 4
    • Replacement of consumables and spare parts (excluding paper).

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Bidders must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supplying and maintaining similar printer
  • Evidence of past projects and client
  • A valid trading license and tax compliance
  • Ability to provide on-site technical support within

4. Mode of submission

Interested Company will submit online separate technical and financial proposals in English not later than Friday 22nd January 2025 at 4:00pm local time.
