Job Description – Qualified Sales Representative

Position Title:Qualified Sales Representative

Department: Sales

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Qualified Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, market knowledge, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell company products to
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales
  • Identify and develop new customers and sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-
  • Increase product visibility and market

2.  Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain regular communication with
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and

3. Market Monitoring

  • Monitor competitor activities and
  • Provide market feedback to
  • Identify trends and customer

4. Reporting

  • Prepare daily sales and activity
  • Submit customer orders accurately and on
  • Monitor stock availability in the
  • Assist in debt collection and payment follow-up when

5. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related
  • Minimum 3 years of sales
  • Experience in Groceries or beverage industry is an
  • Good communication and negotiation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet
  • Valid driver’s license is an added
