Sales & Marketing Executive – IT Products (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Copier, UPS)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IT hardware products including desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and UPS systems. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge and a passion for customer engagement and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT hardware sales (desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, UPS)
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through B2B and B2C channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Provide product demos, quotations, and technical guidance to customers
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for IT hardware
  • Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for product sourcing and delivery
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT product sales or hardware distribution
  • Knowledge of IT hardware (especially desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and UPS systems)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred for field visits

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing client base or network in corporate, retail, or education sectors
  • Certification or training in IT hardware sales
