Role Overview
We are looking for smart, motivated Sales Agents to support our in-shop handset financing program. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and helping them access affordable technology.
All you need is a smartphone and the ability to download and use our Point of Sale (POS) app—no complex setup required.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in friendly and professional conversations
- Explain CreditHive’s affordable smartphone financing options
- Guide customers through a simple financial assessment to ensure responsible borrowing and avoid debt risks
- Assist customers in selecting a suitable mobile device
- Process applications through the POS app and wait for approval
- Initiate and activate approved devices
- Set up the phone for the customer, ensuring a smooth handover
Process Details
Each customer interaction typically takes 15–20 minutes from start to finish.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Customer-focused mindset
- Sales-driven attitude with a proactive approach
- Android smartphone with a minimum of 4GB RAM
