Job Title: Sales Agent – Sana Juice
Location: Kigali & Outside Kigali, Rwanda

About Sana Juice:
Sana Juice is a locally produced, affordable juice brand available across Rwanda through retail outlets. It is a product of Master Health Rwanda, committed to delivering healthy and refreshing beverages to Rwandan consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new sales points and retail outlets
- Create demand and promote Sana Juice among retailers
- Identify new sales opportunities and leads
- Coordinate product delivery from sales points to retail outlets
- Attend meetings and promotional events to boost brand awareness
- Achieve monthly sales targets for both sales volume and new customer acquisition
Contract Terms:
- Initial 3-month contract, with possibility of termination if weekly sales targets are not met
- Successful performance over 3 months will lead to a 1-year contract renewal based on performance
Salary & Commission:
Net Salary: 150,000 RWF NET per month
Commission: 0.2% on all monthly sales
Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about sales and customer service
- Familiar with the Kigali and countrywide retail environment
- Sales experience of at least 2 years (FMCG experience is an added advantage)
- Customer service experience of 1–2 years in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Willing and able to work from any sector assigned within Kigali
- Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Work schedule: 6 days per week
