The quotations received and acknowledged at the Head Office will be opened and evaluated by the Urwego Finance Tender Committee. The Committee will then select the best and most qualified company and inform each bidder of the final decision
The quotations should include a tax clearance certificate issued by the RRA and an RDB registration certificate for supply of IT equipment, as required by this tender.
The selected company will be paid after delivery and acceptancy of goods by IT team. Note: the delivery will be at Head Office always after receiving the pachase order.
The selected company will be requested to support for installation and testing machines if needed, and maintenance for no more than 3 months.
