This vehicle can be inspected on Monday, 29th September 2025 and Friday, 3rd October 2025 at NPA Rwanda Office, located at KG 563 St, House number 5, Gasabo District, Kacyiru Sector from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Midday)
Submitted offers should include:
- Full names of the buyer
- Telephone number
- Vehicle being purchased, including its plate number
- Proposed bid amount
- TIN Number
Submission of Offers
Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to:

Kacyiru Sector, Gasabo District
The envelope must be clearly marked: “PURCHASE OF VEHICLE.”
The deadline for submission of bids is Wednesday, 25th September 2025 at 3:00 PM.
Any bids received after this deadline will not be considered.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be made no later than two (2) working days following notification of the successful bid. Failure to comply will result in the bid being considered null and void.
Note:
- IT Number plate registration and customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
