NIKA Movers Ltd hereby invites the general public to attend a Public Auction for the disposal of surplus household items and office equipment belonging to the U.S Embassy Kigali.

- Appliances (refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, dryers etc...)
- Miscellaneous items (Curtain, Paint, décor, Ladder etc.)
- Generators, Load bank, Heat Pump, step down transformers, water heater etc ...
Terms and Conditions
- All bidders must register prior to the auction registration fee of RWF 10,000 to MoMo Code058989 – NIKA MOVERS LTD.
- Successful bidders must pay 30% of the purchase price immediately after the auction as a deposit. The remaining balance (70%) must be settled within (24hrs)/1 working day of the auction.
- Payments shall be made on Momo Code: 058989 – NIKA MOVERS LTD, in CASH or Bank transfer (Bank name: BPR - Bank account#: 558490060710175).
- Bidders interested in generators must provide a deposit guarantee of RWF 500,000 prior to bidding. This deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
- All purchased items must be collected within forty-eight (48) hours after full payment and from the day of auction.
- Items not collected within the stipulated time will incur storage and security fees of RWF 50,000 per day, payable before release of the goods.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item or lot without prior notice.
- Access to the compound will require valid identification for security purpose.
