Public auction notice
This document establishes clear rules and conditions governing the sale of Agriterra vehicle through auction. The auction is conducted to facilitate transparent, competitive bidding and fair market pricing for the vehicle.
Description
Vehicle: Toyota Fortuner, manufactured in 2018, with a four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine and automatic transmission. The vehicle is black in colour, with registration number IT347RH and chassis number AHTKA3FS200618908. It haas a mileage of 172,787 km and runs on diesel fuel.
The vehicle is in good overall condition and has been regularly serviced and well maintained.
Reserve price: RWF 26,088,575
Inspection visit
Interested bidders will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle on Monday, 07 September 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Fairview Building parking area across the street in Kimihurura, near Lemigo hotel.
Bidders are strongly advised to inspect the vehicle in person before submitting their bids and to satisfy themselves regarding its condition and any other relevant aspects. By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and accepts the vehicle in its condition at the time of the auction.
The inspection is strictly for viewing and assessment purposes. No private negotiations, individual offers, preferential treatment, or information not made available to all bidders will be provided during the inspection. All interested bidders will have equal access to the vehicle and the same information.
Terms & conditions
Import Taxes. This vehicle is not a local purchase and is therefore being offered without applicable local purchase taxes cleared. The successful bidder will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, fees, and other statutory charges directly to the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) and for completing any required clearance and registration formalities.
Vehicle Condition. The vehicle is sold as-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided. The buyer accepts full responsibility upon handover.
Payment terms. Full payment must be received within 3 working days, if the winning bidder does not make payment within that timeframe, Agriterra Rwanda will offer the item to the 2nd highest bidder, and so on.
Winner Notification. Only the highest valid bidder who meets or exceeds the reserve price will be considered the successful bidder and contacted regarding the next steps. The winning bidder will be notified in writing within 72 hours of the bidding deadline. Full payment of the purchase price must be received within 3 working days of written notification of the winning bid.
Bidder Verification. Copies of valid National ID or passport must accompany all bids. Bids from unverified bidders will be rejected. Agriterra Rwanda reserves the right to verify bidder identity before confirming the winning bid.
How to place your bid
Bidders must submit a single, final bid by email to kenya@agriterra.rw with the subject line: "Vehicle Bid Submission – [Your Name]"
Each bid submission must include:

A signed bidding letter with your full name, contact details (phone and email), and proposed purchase price in RWF

A clear photocopy of a valid national ID or passport
Bidding deadline: 15 September 2026 at 4:00 PM (Rwanda Standard Time)
Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and not considered.
