TENDER NOTICE

The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) invites eligible and qualified insurance companies to submit proposals for the provision of medical insurance services for AMIR staff and their dependents for the period indicated below.

Scope of Coverage

  • Number of Staff: 46
  • Number of Dependents: 108
  • Total Beneficiaries: 154
  • Category: Category 1 (10% co-payment)
  • Coverage Area: Rwanda
  • Coverage Period: 29 August 2026 to 28 August 2027

Interested insurance companies are invited to submit their proposals by email to info@amir.org.rw no later than 05 August 2026 at 5:00 PM (Kigali Time).
