CALL FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS – RICEM
The Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM) invites qualified, experienced, and highly motivated Rwandan professionals to apply for opportunities as Professional Trainers/Facilitators in the following training areas:
1. Areas of Specialization
RICEM seeks trainers with strong professional expertise and practical experience in:
- Strategic Management
- Risk Management
- Procurement Management
- Internal Control and Audit
- Human Resources Management
- Product Development and Marketing
2. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold at least a Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant and related fields.
- Having a Certified Microfinance Professional (CMP) is an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional working experience in the Banking and/or Microfinance Sector.
- Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience in the relevant training area.
- Possess excellent facilitation, training, and knowledge-sharing skills.
