The people & Culture Officer will be a key architect and champion of BRD’s cultural transformation journey. As a newly created and strategic role, the People & Culture Officer will drive BRD’s cultural transformation agenda by designing and implementing initiatives that shape a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. This front-line role requires a forward-thinking HR professional who understands the strategic value of culture in driving business success. |
