OPERATIONS AND MARKETING ASSISTANT INTERN 

The operations and marketing assistant intern will support day-to-day operational activities while assisting the marketing team in promoting the company’s services. The role provides hands-on exposure to business operations, customer engagement, and digital marketing in a fast-paced environment. 

Key responsibilities 

Operations support 

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks 
  • Help coordinate internal processes and follow up on tasks 
  • Support customer inquiries and basic client communication 
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and operational updates 

Marketing support 

  • Assist in creating and posting content for social media platforms 
  • Help collect market feedback and customer insights 
  • Assist in managing social media calendars and posting schedules 

Qualifications & requirements 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, communications, or a related field 
  • Basic understanding of marketing and business operations 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva is an added advantage 
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative 
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing is preferred.
