TENDER NOTICE

TENDER TITLE: OPEN TENDERS FOR REHABILITATION OF MARSHLAND AND INSTALLATION OF DRAINAGE & IRRIGATION INFRASTRUCTURES FOR MUSHISHITO AND NYABICWAMBA MARSHLAND

DUHAMIC-ADRI, under the project “Climate-Smart Agriculture and Market Development for Enhancing Livelihoods of Refugees and their Host Communities in Rwanda” invites eligible bidders to submit their bid offers for the services mentioned above.

Detailed documents for these tenders can be obtained during working hours from 08:00AM to 5:00 PM except weekends and public holidays, at DUHAMIC-ADRI Headquarters located inKicukiro- Niboye KK 338 ST 21Kigali, RWANDA

 Bidders will be expected to submit well-printed biding documents, properly bound and sealed specifying the technical offer and financial offer of tender.

NOTE: 

  • Technical offershould be submitted separately fromfinancial offer. Each offer should be put in smaller ‘inner envelopes’ having the name and address of the company. Both (technical and financial) will then be put in a bigger “outer envelope” marked with Tender tittle.
  • Bidders are allowed to bid for all lots however none is allowed to be awarded the two

Biding documents must reach DUHAMIC-ADRI Head Office not later than November 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The public opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day. Note that only the technical proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the bidding documents and the financial proposal will remain sealed and kept in the bid box in the front of every participant.

The bids must have a validity period of ninety (60) days from the bid opening date.

Site visits are mandatory and are scheduled for 19th November 2024 and 22nd November 2024 for both marshlands. Bidders may choose one of the two dates based on their availability.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of at least 5% of the proposed bids issued by a reputable bank or Insurance company. The bid security shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days beyond the deadline of the bid validity period.
