  1. Internship Objective 

This internship provides hands-on training and practical experience in marketing and sales within the healthcare logistics sector. The intern will support marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and customer relationship management, contributing directly to the company’s mission of improving access to essential medical supplies. 

  1. Tasks and areas of support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns with healthcare institutions ● Create content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the medical logistics industry ● Support lead generation, sales calls, and client follow-ups 
  • Assist manage and update client databases and sales records 
  • Contribute to the preparation of marketing reports, brochures, and presentations ● Assist with event planning, client meetings, and outreach activities 
  1. Qualifications 
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 6 months) from a Bachelor’s degree program in: 
  • Marketing 
  • Business Administration 
  • Communications 
  • Public Relations 
  • Health Management or a related field
  1. Additional Competencies 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ● Critical thinking skills and ability to propose process improvements ● Strong organizational and time management abilities 
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; French is a plus 
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to constructive feedback
