About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growing team at ForteBet Rwanda. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, social media, and brand communication. You will work closely with our marketing department, media partners, and brand ambassadors to execute campaigns, track competitors, and ensure effective communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Social Media Management: Oversee and manage company social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
✅ Content Translation: Translate articles, social media posts, and marketing materials from English to Kinyarwanda.
✅ Brand Ambassador & Influencer Communication: Coordinate with ambassadors, influencers, and promotional teams.
✅ Marketing Coordination: Assist in campaign execution and liaise with the marketing department for smooth operations.
✅ Media Follow-ups: Track and engage with local media to maximize brand exposure.
✅ Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, track competitor campaigns, and provide regular reports.
✅ Campaign Management: Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
✔ Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English & Kinyarwanda.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
