JOB ADVERTISMENT FOR MARKETING AGENTS

El Elyon Garments, ELGAR, is a textile manufacturing company and a fast-growing garment producer specializing in school uniforms, corporate wear, branded workwear, and fashion apparel. The company is seeking dynamic and motivated Commission-Based Marketing Agents to support the expansion of its client base and increase production orders across Rwanda. The Marketing Agents will be responsible for promoting ELGAR’s products and services, recruiting and contracting clients, and generating confirmed production orders for the factory.

This employment is commission-based, with compensation tied to the successful completion and delivery of each
production order.

Job description

  • Identify and recruit clients such as schools, hospitals, companies, institutions, retailers, churches, and NGOs.
  • Market ELGAR’s products including uniforms, branded workwear, fashion garments, and promotional clothing.
  • Promote the company through direct visits, phone calls, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders.
  • Report confirmed orders to management for production and delivery.
  • Handle basic client complaints and communicate feedback to management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and report them to management.
  • Provide monthly report 

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or vocational training certification. Bachelor degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least having at least two (2) years of experience in sale and marketing is an added advantage
  • Based in the area of operations will be added advantage,
  • Knowledge in areas of targeted clients (school, churches, hospital, NGOs) of the company,
  • Computer skills: MS Office, advanced Excel preferred
  • Good written and verbal skills in English, Kinyarwanda

  • Ability to work with various administrative and program levels of the company,
  • Strong organizational and research skills with a thorough understanding of sale and marketing principles, procedures, and techniques.
