PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE 

DISPOSAL OF MOVABLE ASSETS – DAI Global UK 

CYAMUNARA RWANDA Ltd, a professional auctioneering company specialized in transparent and competitive asset disposal through public auctions, and duly authorized by DAI Global UK, hereby invites the public and all interested and eligible buyers to participate in the auction sale of the following movable assets: 

Assets to be Auctioned 

• Office furniture (chairs, tables, cabinets, and related items) 
• Computer equipment including laptops, desktops, and other office electronics and accessories, as well as kitchen items. 

Assets Inspection 

Interested bidders are invited to inspect the assets prior to submitting their bids. 

Date: Tuesday, 17 March 2026 

Time: From 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM 

Location: DAI Global UK Offices, MAG House, KG 220 St, Gishushu (shared with the Embassy of the Republic of Congo – Brazzaville), opposite the former RDB building, Kigali. 

Auction Procedure 

1. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the designated auction desk no later than 05:00 PM on 17 March 2026. 
2. The highest evaluated bidder will be declared the successful bidder and will be notified via telephone and email the following day. 
3. The successful bidder will be required to pay 100% of the purchase price and collect the purchased assets no later than 05:00 PM on 19 March 2026. 
4. Successful bidders for laptop computers will collect them on 26 March 2026. 
5. Failure by the successful bidder to complete payment by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the award, and the asset will be offered to the next highest bidder.
