HR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR POSITION - JOB DESCRIPTION

Job in Rwanda is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join its current team. As the HR Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the HR Managers, the operations team and IT Experts to deliver the best recruitment solutions to our clients.

The HR Operations Coordinator will assist in implementing best practices to drive our talent strategy, through recruiting tools, data reporting, and supporting our internal and external talent and hiring teams.

 Job requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in human resources or any other related field from a recognized university
  • A minimum of 3 working years of experience in HR Operations including but not limited to talent acquisition and payroll management.
  • Strong acumen in HR information systems, including experience with custom reporting
  • Good communication skills: fluency in French & English is a must
  • Ability to effectively manage evolving priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to provide quality internal and external customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects
  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Main responsibilities but not limited to:

Recruitment:

  • Managing the entire recruitment processes (for the employer and the clients) and the associated reporting
  • Drafting and Reviewing job descriptions before publication on the job board
  • Running the preselection, headhunting on different positions and in various sectors
  • Preparing and running interviews (written & oral)
  • Running background checks on the selected candidates either from inside or outside the country (Experts)
  • Advising companies on the recruitment process and labor law in Rwanda
  • Headhunting suitable candidates via the internal recruitment system, LinkedIn, and other networks.
  • Updating the recruitment agency pipeline via an internal tracking system with the details of potential candidates.
  • Attending job fairs and different networking events on behalf of the company
  • Preparation of different events organized by Job in Rwanda (recruitment events, job/ career days, etc.)

HR Accounts Management:

  • Supporting in HR Administration the Job in Rwanda’s clients
  • Processing the payroll for the company’s staff and the client’s
  • Set up Human Resources practices and strategies
  • People management and performance management of the outsourced staff and the internal staff
  • Contract management of all the employees
  • In charge of the onboarding & offboarding process in the company

Clients Relations:

  • Contract management for clients & suppliers
  • Proposal and bid writing for existing clients and prospects
  • Developing the current services and introducing new ones referring to the client’s feedback
  • Selling our services to different organizations (potential customers)
  • Ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services by doing a continuous follow-up
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line Manager and the Board in line with the business.
