About the Role
Cléza Group Ltd is a startup manufacturing soap company founded in 2026, with a vision to grow into a global brand. Cléza Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and driven Head of Finance & Operations to lead the company’s financial strategy, operational execution, and growth planning. This role is critical to building a strong financial foundation, driving performance, and supporting the company’s expansion in manufacturing and distribution.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in finance, accounting, and operations, and the ability to work closely with leadership to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and long-term projections
- Prepare detailed investor reports, updates, and financial presentations
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making
2. Accounting & Financial Systems
- Oversee all accounting functions, including reporting, compliance, and controls
- Implement and manage accounting and finance software systems
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline
3. Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare investor updates, funding reports, and performance dashboards
- Support fundraising efforts with financial data, projections, and analysis
- Communicate clearly and professionally with investors and partners
4. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across production, supply chain, and logistics
- Improve operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity
- Develop systems and processes to support scaling operations
5. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor finance and operations staff
- Build a high-performing, accountable, and results-driven team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and leadership teams
6. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and revenue models
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategy
- Support expansion into new markets and distribution channels
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations (manufacturing experience is a strong advantage)
Proven experience in:
- Financial modeling and projections
- Investor reporting and fundraising support
- Accounting and finance software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems, Excel advanced level)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading operations
- Experience working with or supporting sales strategy and revenue growth
- High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
