Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and passionate Food Science Interns to join our team. The internship offers hands-on experience in product formulation, quality analysis, food safety control, and research & development (R&D). Successful candidates will gain exposure to real-world food industry operations and participate in ongoing projects under professional supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of new food products.
 - Conduct laboratory analysis for quality control (moisture, fat, pH, microbial load, etc.).
 - Support sensory evaluation panels and data collection.
 - Participate in food safety and hygiene audits and documentation.
 - Assist in production process monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
 - Contribute to research projects, report writing, and sample preparation.
 - Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the lab and production areas.
 
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
 - Basic knowledge of food safety (HACCP, ISO 22000) and laboratory techniques.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 - Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
 
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product formulation or sensory testing.
 - Familiarity with industrial food processing equipment.
 - Interest in nutrition, food innovation, or sustainability.
