EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY, SUPPORT, MAINTAIN AND HOST THE LICENSED SOFTWARE INCONTROL SAFETY MANAGEMENT MODULE AT TRINITY METALS LTD
Trinity Metals (Trinity Nyakabingo mines ,Trinity Rutongo mines and Trinity Musha mines Limited) embarked on a journey to become a world class Mining Group with world class mining SHEC standards. We have started the process of developing and implementing a SHEC system which will align our SHEC standards with ISO 45001 and 14001 requirements. To achieve that we need a software system to manage processes required to make the system effective. It is impossible to manage the scope of activities to be performed under ISO requirements manually, or on a paperwork system. The software must provide the ability to manage the following processes with outcomes:
- Incident management software
- Action Management software
- Monitoring software
- Document Management software
- Audit Management
- Compliance Management
- Task Scheduling
- Inspections outcome Management
- Statistical Data records and analysis
Scope of Work
The scope of the peer review work includes but not limited to the following:
Can the INXIncontrol software be used to:
- Record incidents, hazard observations, and injury events within a centralized solution
- Perform inspections, audits and pre-starts with checklists to keep your workforce accountable and protected
- Assign and track corrective actions to your workforce’s daily practices
- Leverages RCAT methodology
- Reporting and graphing capabilities for data-driven safety insights
- Automatic notifications to enable your workforce to stay on top of their actions and events
- Available on iOS and Android for easy on-the-go reporting
- Manage eligibility and Competency Requirements
Interested parties must:
- Have a footprint in Africa
- The ability to train users at Trinity Metals mine sites
- The ability to provide support on a 24-hour basis
- Have international exposure through implementation of their software to ensure they are keeping up with international trends.
All interested parties should submit an Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.
- Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
- Summary of clients using the software.
- Details of at least three similar projects undertaken in the last five years.
- VAT Registration.
- RRA Valid ax clearance certificate
- RDB Registration Certificate
Submission to be forwarded to tender@trinity-metals.com by not later than 30thSeptember 2026 at 11:00AM Local time.
Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 30th September 2026. will unfortunately not be considered.
Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competence of the bidder and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the bidder.
