Terms and conditions
- The equipment will be delivered to Kigali (GIZ office in Kiyovu), and although it is intended for Burundi, the supplier will also handle the monthly billing for internet services under a 2-year contract.
- The supplier is requested to submit his/her offer which includes clear and complete technical specifications of proposed items (this will be the basis for technical evaluation against specifications provided) and quotation for unit price and total price for the item.
- The offer must be in PDFand the price must be in RWF and VAT excluded.
- Delivery Place: GIZ Rwanda, Kigali office- KN 41 ST./Nr.17 Kiyovu.
- Delivery period: Please indicate your shortest delivery period.
- Payment conditions: up to 10 days after delivery and invoicing.
Your offer should be valid for 30 days and should contain the following:
- Your offer as described above
- RDB registration certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- Valid Tax clearance certificate
- Three (3) Referees or references certificates of similar tenders executed in the last 3 years.
Submission of the offer
Your offer must be submitted in to ONLY RW_Quotation@giz.de until latest 25.10.2024
The offer has to be submitted in PDF format and as attachment to the email with the subject: Starlink offer 83475755. Without this sentence, your offer may not be considered.
If the emails exceed the default email size of 30MB, offers can be exceptionally submitted through https://filetransfer.giz.de/ .
Offers submitted through any other sharing platform, as google documents or similar will not be considered.
Offers submitted in hard copy will not be considered.
