EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONSTRUCTION WORKS 

World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection, and Education.

World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for “CONSTRUCTION OF KITCHENS AT KARANGAZI AND NTOMA HEALTH CENTERS AKAGERA CLUSTER/ NYAGATARE DISTRICT”

Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. 

Instructions to bidders: 

  1. All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
  2. Interested bidders must express interest through the provided link, no later than 17/07/2026 at 11:00 AM
  3. An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in the e-procurement system (Coupa).
  4. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa.
