EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – Construction and Rehabilitation of WASH Facilities in Health Care Facilities and Schools in Rutsiro district(Re-advert)
World Vision is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 30 Districts of Rwanda. Our interventions in the strategic period of 2026-2030 seek to reach 2.5 million of the most vulnerable children. This is done through programming in Resilience and Livelihoods, WASH and Health, Child Protection and Education.
World Vision International Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies/suppliers specialized in construction works of buildings and water supply systems to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the works indicated below two (2) tender lots:
Lot1. CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES AT EP KARAMBI, KIVUMU SECTOR IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
Lot 5. CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WASH FACILITIES EP BUSANZA& EP KINUNU IN RUTSIRO DISTRICT
Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
Instructions to bidders:
- All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed online via the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). No hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
- Interest bidders must express interest through the provided; Link not later than, 14/07/2026 at 10:00AM
- An email will be sent to all bidders who expressed interest, granting access to the Tender documents on the date to be indicated in e-procurement system (Coupa).
- Bids must be submitted exclusively via the WVR e-procurement system by the deadline communicated in Coupa. No bidder will be awarded more than one lot.
