The Management of Trinity Nyakabingo Mines Ltd informs the public that it is recruiting Competent,
Qualified and Experienced Staffs for the following various position
DRIVERS/ Light Vehicles
Position/Job Title: Driver/Light Vehicle
Job Grade: B3
Department: Supply Chain
Reports To: Fleet Officer
Job Brief: Drives Employees/people to and from working sites, Delivers and picks up
Spare parts, machines and other materials in the assigned area.
Responsibilities: The Drivers have the following responsibilities and duties:
xviii. Driving Employees to Work Sites
xix. Picks up and delivers, spares parts, Equipment and Materials from/to respective areas.
xx. Follow the required procedures as a Driver to meet the required performance.
xxi. Drives the car safely so as not to incur accidents.
xxii. Adheres to the Occupational Health & Safety, Environment and Social, HR and Security
regulation of the Company.
xxiii. Adheres to the agreed Company work and leave schedules.
xxiv. To be timeous on tasks and be present on job.
xxv. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in working condition and reports to the Superior in case
of any need for repair.
xxvi. Comply with all Company Policies and Procedures.
xxvii. Performs any other tasks as required by the superior.
Job Requirements: a Driver should have the following education, experience and skills:
xii. Must have valid category B driving license.
xiii. Must have at least 3 years of Secondary Level education
xiv. Experience of 2 years or more in driving light vehicles.
xv. Skills and knowledge of the spare parts, tools and minor repairs.
xvi. Professionalism, positive attitude and Excellent communication skills.
xvii. Punctuality and time management skills.
xviii. Strong Work Ethics and a Team Player.
xix. Dedicated to her/ his work.
